Director

As the Director of RJC Group, Jaimie Cookson is a highly accomplished stonemason, qualified and trained in the art of City and Guilds Stonemasonry and Monumental Masonry.

Jaimie has a personal passion for stonework and building restoration, having worked for highly recognised stonemasonry companies throughout NSW, Victoria and the ACT.

Jaimie brings his passion for stonemasonry and building restoration to his clients in a manner that makes him a trusted asset to Tier 1 Builders, Heritage Consultants and Government.

Project Manager

Edward has over 15 years experience as a skilled and multi-faceted construction professional with both national and international experience across the residential and commercial industries.

With a proven history of managing multi-site operations, allocating budgets, overseeing quality and performance, ensuring that all regulations, budgets and timelines are met, Edward’s strategic thinking along with his trouble-shooting experience is a perfect asset to every project.

Edward has an impressive record of identifying inefficiencies, assessing issues and implementing lasting solutions that streamline processes, improve productivity, minimize downtime and generate cost savings, all strong characteristics required when working with our esteemed clients.

Karsha Cookson
Office Manager / Recruitment Manager

Karsha comes from a corporate background working for some of Australia’s leading Telco’s as an Executive Assistant to CEO’s, Managing Directors and Vice Presidents, thriving on demanding, high-level roles.

Prior to this, Karsha lived abroad in the UK for 2 years and worked for various companies including KPMG, Hill and Knowlton Strategies as well as Laing O’Rourke Constructions.

Karsha joined RJC in 2014 to run the business alongside Jaimie and is heavily involved in all aspects of the business. Her primary focus has been HR and is responsible for managing employee lifecycle activities including end to end recruitment, induction and orientation and supporting performance management.

Martina Robertson
Finance Manager

Martina comes from a strong background in Finance and Accounting having worked for various companies including some of Australia’s biggest accounting firms and child care centres.

Martina joined RJC Group in 2019 to assist the management team on all levels of planning including budgeting, forecasting, pipelines and full function of payroll.

Martina works closely with our external Accountants to ensure all elements of the business are on track in order for RJC Group to efficiently deliver for our clients on all projects.
